Reflexology Massage
Reflexology is an ancient system of applying firm yet gentle pressure to specific points on the hands and/or feet, with little to no massage oil, in order to stimulate energy and/or release blockages in corresponding areas within the body. The reflex points massaged relate to different organs and body systems and are worked on in a particular order to increase relaxation and energy flow as well as reduce pain and stress.
Hands or Feet Only: 30 minute; Hands & Feet: 60 minutes
Certified Pediatric Massage Therapy
Just as massage is beneficial for adults, massage can help with the growth and development of a child’s body, mind and spirit. We don’t like to think our children have stress, but they do. The sooner a child learns constructive ways to relieve that stress, the healthier they become and massage is a natural, safe, effective way to relieve stress, growing pains and more.
A 30 minute massage is recommended for ages 8 to 13 years. Ages 13+ may be able to enjoy a 60 minute session. For children 12 months to 8 years, sessions will be designed on a child-by-child basis.
Hospice Massage
Unlike traditional massage, Hospice Massage does not focus on "fixing" anything. The focus of Hospice Massage is to provide gentle, calming, non-medical touch for the client. When scheduling an End-of-Life Massage, starting with a shorter session may be the best choice.
Hospice Massage can be beneficial with: improving sleep, reducing tension/anxiety, easing stiffness & improving circulation, lower blood pressure, stabilize heart rate, and releasing endorphins to make the client feel good overall.

Dragon Reiki Session
Reiki, which translates to “Universal Life Energy,” is a Japanese technique utilized for stress reduction and relaxation; it also promotes the body’s own healing process. It is offered with either light, gentle touch or no touch at all. Reiki is based on the viewpoint that an unseen life force energy flows through each of us and is what causes us to be alive. A Reiki session can leave you feeling calm, relaxed, and at peace; benefits of a Reiki Session may last up to three days.
Available in 30, 60, or 90 minute sessions
Can be done in-person or at a distance
Chakra/Aura Balancing
A service unique to Hands of Serenity, the Chakra/Aura Balancing session blends a number of modalities and techniques learned throughout Chrissi’s massage career into one valuable package. While not easy to describe, the way you will feel after this session will say it all. If you’re seeking relaxation, at the least, but do not want to receive a massage, this is the service for you.
Available in 60 or 90 minute sessions
Guided Meditation
Have a guided meditation you've always wanted to try but can't figure out how to record yourself reading it? Bring it in & I'll read it for you so you can lay back on the heated table & just relax. Want to try Guided Meditation but aren't sure where to start? I have a selection of meditations on-hand from different authors as well as a few I've written myself. Remember to bring a pen & paper/journal to write down your experiences.
A 60 minute session: 40 minute guided meditation & 20 minutes to write
A 90 minute session: 60 minute guided meditation & 30 minutes to write
Oracle Card Reading
Feel the desire for a little extra guidance or assurance that you're where you need to be on your current path in life? Schedule an Oracle Card Reading and receive just that. Several deck options for you to choose from or trust me to select just the right one. Can be booked in 30 or 60 minute sessions. $1 per minute for cost for Oracle Card Readings.
